Return and Exchange Process

Eligibility

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approval

We will review your request within two working days and notify you of its approval. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

Packaging

Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Include all accessories and tags.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Use a secure and trackable method to send the item back to us. Make sure to include the RAN on the package.

Item Pickup

Our logistics partner will arrange for the pickup of the item from your provided address within 5-7 working days after receiving your RAN.

Quality Checks

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.

Refund/Exchange Initiation

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving the item.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 21 working days for the entire return and refund process to be completed. The timing may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging the item for a different size, colour, or product, the new item will be shipped to you once the original item has been received and inspected.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and accessories.
  • The item must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
