Exchange Criteria

Customer’s responsibilities

  • Exchanges are subjected to final approval from the Lintex team.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of the order received (as recorded by the shipping provider) via WhatsApp or the official email ID mentioned in our exchange policy (with order number, product images, and reason for exchange).
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Also, share the shipping details via WhatsApp (+919205559801) or the official email ID, reachus@lintex.in
  • Embroidery/engraving orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • Ship the product to the official Lintex address provided on the website.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Process Initiation by Lintex

  • The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by Lintex.
  • The replacement item will then be dispatched.

Note:

  • Products without tags, worn & washed products, or those returned after the 48-hour window will not be eligible.
  • We reserve the right to decline an exchange request if the required conditions are not met.
